The Panorama School Board met in regular session December 9th.

Superintendent Kasey Huebner says that the Board approved an application through the School Budget Review Committee for modified allowable growth, a quote from SCI for doors and cameras using Safety Grant Funds, and radio system upgrades to be purchased from Unplugged Wireless, which will allow for better communication from busses to the district office, and allow the district to converse with Guthrie County dispatch should the need arise. He mentions they also approved updating some outdated servers, a 28 E agreement with Adair – Casey / Guthrie Center to share Panorama’s Family Consumer Sciences teacher with them, and a concurrent enrollment contract for college level courses with Wester Iowa Technical Community College.

Huebner mentions the Board then approved the second change order, a pay out order, and a resolution to accept work for the high school north parking lot project, along with an SVP facilities assessment. They also approved the second readings of two new Board policies, a list of potential graduates, and the purchase of a new graphic design computer cart.
