On Tuesday the West Central Valley boys wrestling team traveled to Bedford High School for varsity quad wrestling action. The Wildcats faced off against wrestlers from Bedford, Mount Ayr and Southwest Valley.
The overall results would not go in the Wildcats favor as the Wildcats would fall to each team. The Wildcats would fall 60-9 to Mount Ayr, 51-12 to Southwest Valley, and 45-20 to Bedford. The Wildcats would gradually improve in each match up, with Zach Teague picking up victories in every match. However, the Wildcats would not be able to score enough points to pick up a victory.
This was the last wrestling meet of the 2024 year for the Wildcat boys. West Central Valley boys wrestling will be back in action after the Holiday break on January 11th.
