UNIT 1 WAS DRIVING SOUTHBOUND ON 3RD ST. APPROACHED THE INTERSECTION OF 3RD ST/DEWEY AVE, STOPPED AT THE STOP SIGN, LOOKED TO THE RIGHT TO CLEAR AND LATER LOOKED TO THE LEFT TO CLEAR. STATED AS SHE LOOKED OVER AT THE LEFT LOOKING AT THE CONSTRUCTION SHE DROVE
THROUGH THE INTERSECTION AND COLLIDED INTO UNIT 2. UNIT 2 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON DEWEY AVE. ATTEMPTED TO DRIVE THROUGH THE INTERSECTION OF DEWEY AVE/3RD ST., WHERE NO STOP SIGN/YIELD SIGN OR TRAFFIC SIGNAL IS PRESENT. UNITS COLLIDED DROVE THROUGH THE INTERSECTION. DRIVER EXCHANGE PROVIDED TO EACH UNIT. APPROXIMATELY $10,000 (TOTAL LOST) UNIT 1 AND APPROXIMATELY $1,000 UNIT 2.

Arrest: Pearson, Heather Renee Age 40 of Churdan, IA. Driving Under Suspension.

Arrest: Corado Melendrez, Jonathan De Jesus Age 27 Adr/2801 1st St Lot 52. Charged with Contempt – Violation No contact Order.

Arrest: Lewis, Rusty Lee Curtis Age 38 Adr/ 616 3rd St. Charged with Dallas County Warrant for Failure to Appear on Forfeiture Hearing and Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd. No bond.

Arrest: Nevitt, Kacy Lynn Age 22 Adr/ 2720 Summer Meadows Dr. Charged with Possession of Controlled Substance- Marijuana 2nd
