In Panora, City Hall will be closed for half the day today, and closed tomorrow, and the following day. Trash services in Panora will be delayed by a day, as they will not be out on Wednesday, and the Panora Public Library closed from today through Thursday. In Stuart, City Hall is closed in observance of Christmas today and tomorrow, with the Stuart Public Library closed today and tomorrow as well.

Guthrie Center City Hall will close at noon today, and be closed tomorrow as well. The Mary J Barnett Memorial Library will also be closed today and tomorrow, with the Guthrie County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach closed today through Thursday. The Guthrie County Courthouse will also be closed today and tomorrow.
