Celebration of Life service for Mardelle Porter, 86, of Greenfield, will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at the Greenfield United Methodist Church with burial following in the Greenfield Cemetery.  A luncheon will follow the burial at the church.   The Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield is in charge of the professional arrangements.  Online condolences may be left to the family at www.lambfuneralhomes.com.

Open Visitation:  Will be held at the Greenfield United Methodist Church on Friday, January 3, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

 Family Visitation: The family will greet friends on Friday, January 3, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Greenfield United Methodist Church.

Survivors:  She is survived by her children, Kelli Mitchell of Ankeny, Jeny (Skip) Ware of Altoona, Allison Passer of Ankeny and Matt (Kristi) Porter of Ankeny; six grandchildren, Maggie (Jeb) Passer, Lee (Kaylynn) Steinkamp, Andy (Brittney) Ware, Jake (Heidi) Mitchell, Nick Porter and Brooklynn (Joe) Weringa; eight great grandchildren, Sydney Ware, Lily Passer, Izzy Ware, Luther Steinkamp, Kane Passer, Iris Steinkamp, Macklin Ware and Maddy Randall;  other relatives and friends.
