Perry wrestling just concluded the first half of their season.  One wrestler, Ben Kusar, has high expectations for this year.  “At the end of the year I will be a state champion and I’ve been practicing everyday like a state champion.”  He shared what practicing like a champion looked like.  “Try and be the last one out everyday.  Work on at least one thing extra everyday… at least.”  The senior is off to a fast start in the weight class of 138.  He is 12-1 through the first month.  Perry wrestling returns to the mat in 2025 with a home triangular on January 9th with Nevada and Greene County.
