Steven Medrano, Van Meter, was driving in the 33000 block of R Ave, when he hit the shoulder and went into the ditch.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2500.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Joshua Vanhorn, Dexter, was driving in the 33000 block of Dexfield Rd, when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5000.  The vehicle was privately towed.

Molly Manjarrez, Sweetwater, Tx, was driving on I80 near the 112 mile marker, when she collided with a vehicle driven by Gavin Felder, Panora.  Mr. Felder’s vehicle lost control, striking the concrete barriers and going into the ditch.  EMS was declined, but occupants said they would seek treatment later.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Damage to Ms. Manjarrez vehicle was estimated at $2000.  Damage to Mr. Felder’s vehicle was estimated at $10000.

Joshua Haburn, age 37, 205 6th St SW, Spencer, was arrested for Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession Of Controlled Substance.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
