Perry girls wrestling has been off to a tremendous start this year.  One of the top performers has been Julie Maylum.  The senior is on pace to reach 100 wins in her varsity career in just three years.  This season has already seen Julie have her hand raised 23 times.  19 of those wins have been by fall.  The state qualifier from last year,  won the Ames Invite in her weight class of 155.  She has also finished 2nd in the Saydel Invite and 3rd in both the Central Iowa Kickoff Tournament and Fort Dodge Invite.  The senior has an impressive 23-3 record to begin this year.
