The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet for its annual organizational meeting this Thursday.

The board will be reviewing and taking action on several resolutions for official depositories, official newspapers, board assignments, the eminent domain commission, the Central Iowa Regional Transportation Planning Alliance, and the Metropolitan Planning Organization Technical Committee for the 2025 calendar year.

Other items on the agenda seeking approval include a resolution for a 2025 construction evaluation resolution, a custodial contract amendment, and the board will hold a drainage district 41 trustees meeting to accept a pay application and review a change order. The meeting is set to take place Thursday morning at 9am inside the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 800 Court Street, in Adel.
