Vieldga Smith, age 53, 1200 University Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Theft 2nd Degree.  During processing, she was also arrested for Possession Of Contraband In Correctional Institution.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
