The AC/GC Chargers boys basketball team is 5-0 on the season, a start that the team and coach is happy with.

The Chargers started off the season on the road, taking on the West Central Valley Wildcats in Stuart, and taking the game with an 82-57 victory. In game two, the Chargers hosted the Woodward-Granger Hawks for an 88-57 victory, and in game three the Van Meter Bulldogs came to Guthrie Center, and AC/GC secured the 68-57 victory. The Chargers hosted the AHSTW Vikings for game four, and secured another 80 plus point game, recording an 82-48 final score. The final game before the winter break was a home game against the Panorama Panthers, with AC/GC taking an 82-40 victory.
