The Holiday break is coming to a close as the West Central Valley Wildcat girls wrestling team prepare for action on Saturday, as the Wildcats travel to Clarinda High School for the Clarinda Girls Wrestling Tournament.

Willow Ray, Rhowen Miller, Elizabeth Handy and the rest of the Wildcat girls wrestling squad prepare for battle against 18 other teams. The Wildcats will compete against wrestlers from: ATU, Audubon, Ballard, Centerville, Clarinda, Creston, East Mills, East Union, Glenwood, Interstate 35, Johnston, Kuemper Catholic, Mount Ayr, Shenandoah, Southwest Valley/Lenox/Bedford, Treynor, Wayne, and Winterset.

Girls wrestling action resumes after the holiday break as the Wildcats travel to Clarinda High School on Saturday, January 4th with the action set to begin at 10am.
