Joshua Shelledy, Ankeny, was driving in the 29000 block of El Paso Ave, when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $10000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Christopher Hidlebaugh, age 32, 728 Williams St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Sex Offender – Registration Violation.

Richard Allen, age 46, 601 Linden Street, Dallas Center, was arrested for Conspiracy to Commit Non-Forcible Felony, Theft 2nd Degree, two counts of  Burglary 3rd Degree, Possession Of Controlled Substance and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
