Guthrie County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach will be hosting a tasty class next week.

Extension Program Director Shelby Van Horn says that on January 14th, they will be hosting a pizza charcuterie board class. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio that the class will be something for individuals to participate in and learn about making something that can look good, taste good, and be good for you.

“(It’s) for adults to come and learn about how to arrange a charcuterie board and also some topics with our Spend Smart Eat Smart website and recipes.”

Van Horn mentions that the class will be from 5:30-7:30pm at the Extension office, and will have a participation fee of $30, which covers the supplies that will be used.
