Theodore Clark, age 37, 15285 Arthur Trl, Carlisle, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of No Contact Order.

Ruby Nerio, age 49, 28925 360th St, Booneville, was arrested on a warrant for Burglary 3rd Degree and Theft 5th Degree.

Nicholas Gross, Panora, was driving in the 26000 block of N Ave when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $4000.  The vehicle was privately towed.

Jeffery Hobbs, age 37, 13238 McGregor St, Indianola, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Jan. 18th

Jeremy Farrell, age 19, 1000 W Adams St, Jefferson, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Domestic Abuse Assault.

Logan Gilliam, age 26, 304 Prairie St, Guthrie Center, was arrested on a warrant for Conspiracy To Commit Non-Forcible Felony, Burglary 3rd Degree and Possession Of Burglars Tools.

Jamison Calligan, age 53, 2303 Greene St, Adel, was arrested on two warrants for Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked and Failure To Obey Traffic Control Device.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
