Perry basketball is performing better this school year.  The Jayettes have already matched their win total from last season at 4 and the Bluejays are just one victory short of last years 9.  Both squads still have a month’s worth of games before postseason play gets underway.

The boys are currently a top three team in the Heart of Iowa Conference.  Perry has taken a big step up in conference play.  The Bluejays only managed 4 conference wins last year.  They already have 6 this year.

The girls need one more win to beat last year’s mark.  One more win in conference would match the total from last year too.

Perry basketball returns to the court tomorrow at Prairie City-Monroe for a girl/boy doubleheader.
