On Saturday the Panorama Panthers boys wrestling team traveled to Truro to Interstate-35 High School for the West Central Activities Conference Tournament. The Panthers found great success, with two 3rd place finishes and three 2nd place finishes.

To claim 3rd place at 138 Landon Kirtley would defeat Lane Stringer of AC/GC in sudden victory with a final score of 12-9. At 150, Will Knapp defeat Henry Gelner of Interstate 35 by fall in 2:42 to claim 3rd place.

To claim second place, Laine Christe fell to Quinn Arellano of Van Meter by fall in 5:01 in 113. At 165, Blake Schwartz would fall to Angel Martinez of AC/GC by fall in 5:03. At 285, Joel Cooper would fall to Zach Teague of WCV  by fall in 2:20 bringing home second place for the Panthers.

The Panther boys wrestling team is back in action on Thursday as they host CAM, Colfax-Mingo, and Harlan Community for the Panorama Boys Quad.
