Visitation for Howard Keith Carter, 90, of Winterset, will be held Saturday, January 25, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home, Winterset Chapel. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm, also at Caldwell Parrish, Winterset Chapel. Burial will be in the Winterset Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be directed to the family for a future designation.
