Visitation for Linda Nichols, age 76 of Adair, will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Adair. A Celebration of Life will follow from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Adair Community Building.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the Adair Fire Department in Linda’s name and can be mailed to Schmidt Family Funeral Home P.O. Box 523 Atlantic, Iowa 50022.
