Today people can enjoy an outdoor program in Greene County on one of the warmest days of the week.

The Jefferson Public Library is teaming up with Greene County Conservation as Youth Services Librarian Bailey Mount announces the first-ever Winter Nature Walk today at 1pm at Spring Lake Park. She says Greene County Naturalist Jacob Fernholz is going to lead the program and discuss and point out different birds that are in the park and the types that typically visit during migration.

The program is free and open to the public for those that are at least five years old. Mount adds to dress to the weather conditions and meet at the main shelterhouse.
