
The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session this morning.
The Board will consider for approval salary recommendations for elected officials for fiscal year 2025-26 from the Guthrie County Compensation Board, a letter of support for a Grow Greene County Grant for the Raccoon River Valley Trail, then hold a public hearing at 9:30am on fiscal year 2024-25 budget amendment number one, followed by considering to approve the measure.
The Board will then consider for approval being a signatory on the Highway Safety Improvement Program Funding Agreement between Dallas, Madison, Adair and Guthrie Counties, along with the new dust control policy and permitting process. They will consider for approval adopting resolutions for rate of compensation for fencing and right-of-way and temporary easement purchase rates, along with hearing fiscal year 2025-26 budget presentations from the Guthrie County Auditor’s Office, Recorder’s Office and Treasurer’s Office, before considering for approval the cancellation of the January 30th meeting.
The meeting will take place in the Board of Supervisors room in the Guthrie County Courthouse starting at 9am. For those unable to attend in person, there is a digital option available via Microsoft Teams. Raccoon Valley Radio will have results from the meeting tomorrow.
