The Greene County basketball teams have a girl/boy doubleheader tonight in the Heart of Iowa Activities Conference with Nevada. The Rockets host West Harrison (Mondamin) in Rolling Valley Activities Conference boys’ basketball in Churdan. WH does not have girls’ basketball this season.

Both games between the Rams and Cubs will be broadcast on KG98 and streamed on www.raccoonvalleyradio.com with the girls playing at 6 p.m. and the boys to follow. The Greene County girls are 0-16 this season and 0-11 in HOIAC play while the Cubs are 7-9, 7-4. The Greene County boys have a 3-13 record including a 1-10 conference mark and the Cubs are 13-2 this season and 10-1 in league play.

The Rockets are 5-9 this season while the Hawks are 1-15.  P-C won the first meeting with little stress and will be going for the two game season series sweep tonight.
