The Republicans of Guthrie County are hosting their first Legislative Coffee of the 2025 Legislative Session.

Chair Candice Salvin says that Senator for District 24 Jesse Green and Representative for District 47 Carter Nordman will be in Panora at Panora Fiber Saturday beginning at 8am. She mentions that this is an event for residents of the county to participate in an open forum, updating them on what’s happening in the legislative chambers and bridge the gap between the public and elected officials. Salvin shares that there will be time for questions and dialogue during the event, and that it will be conducted calmly, candidly and collegially. She adds that the event is open to the public, and that they have other Legislative Coffees already planned for March 1st and April 5th.
