Wesley Jenkins, age 34, 2620 McKinley St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Possession Of Controlled Substance and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia. While being taken into custody for the warrant, Mr. Jenkins was arrested for Interference With Official Acts.
Benjamin Dubinovic, age 25, 2304 SE 7th Lane, Grimes, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.
Curtis Woltz, Jefferson, was driving on Hwy 141 at the 138 mile marker when his tire went into the gravel shoulder. He over corrected and went into the median, where the vehicle rolled. Mr. Woltz was checked at the scene by EMS, but declined going to the hospital. Damage was estimated at $3000 and the vehicle was towed from the scene.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
