1:25am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 700 block of North Cedar Street, Jefferson.

7:36pm: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway on Quaker Avenue near 235th Street.

9:27pm: A deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block of 220th Street. James

Mcglynn 63 of Boone was arrested for a U.S. Marshalls arrest warrant. Mcglynn was taken to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

11:25pm: A deputy investigated a civil dispute in the 700 block of D Avenue.

Tuesday, January 28th

1:35am: Latoya Preston 48 of Ft. Dodge was booked into the jail for driving while barred.

10:51am: Kayleigh Anderson 23 of Boone was booked into the jail for a probation violation.

11:16am: A deputy investigated a scam in the 2299 block of P Avenue.

Wednesday, January 29th

9:35am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 210th Street near M Avenue.

11:05am: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 2200 block of V Avenue.

1:22pm: The Sheriff and deputies assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a harassment complaint in the 1900 block of North Grimmell Road.

4:06pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on Kirkwood Avenue near 237th Street.

4:14pm: The Sheriff and Deputies assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a search warrant in the 300 block of East State Street, Jefferson.

5:41pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on Neola Avenue near 310th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
