It’s an exciting time for girls wrestling across the state as regional tournaments begin tomorrow. The Dallas Center-Grimes Mustang girls prepare for action, as the Mustangs travel to Northwest High School in Waukee for the 2A Regional at Waukee Northwest.

The Mustangs will be one of 8 teams in attendance for the Class 2A Regional tournament as Dallas Center-Grimes face off against wrestlers from DMPS Girls Wrestling, Gilbert, Johnston, Norwalk, Urbandale, Valley, and Waukee Northwest. The Mustangs currently have 6 wrestlers with over 100 team points, and look to carry this momentum through the regional tournament to head state bound.

The future of Mustang girls wrestling is settled tomorrow night as the Mustangs travel to Waukee for the Class 2A Regional tournament at Waukee Northwest High School. Girls wrestling action begins at 5pm.
