The AC/GC Chargers boys wrestling team is hosting the annual Charger Invitational Tournament today.

Head Coach Lane Rumelhart is excited for the guys to have a chance to wrestle in front of the home fans once again this season, and is looking forward to the team having some good competition. In total there will be 23 teams, with 12 active mats throughout the day at the high school. Familiar teams and teams from the surrounding area include the Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders, Earlham Cardinals, Greene County Rams, Nodaway Valley Wolverines, Ogden Bulldogs, Panorama Panthers, Perry Bluejays, Pleasantville Trojans, Riverside Bulldogs, West Central Valley Wildcats and Woodward-Granger Hawks. Matches start at 9:30am and continue throughout the day.
