To conclude Catholic Schools Week, St. Patrick’s Catholic School in Perry is having one final event today to inform families of what they offer.
An open house is happening this afternoon from 2-4pm and according to Principal Kandice Pattillo, the last six days have celebrated different themes, with today’s focus being on families. She shares that any new family who stops by will be given priority access to enrollment for the 2025-26 school year. Pattillo is appreciative of the support that is displayed through the parents/guardians of their school.
“We pride ourselves on a parent partnership, and really work hard on keeping parents informed about what’s happening in the school. Teachers are also reaching out and trying to build those positive connections with everything else. So, it’s really integral to us that we really sit down and have a working relationship with parents wherever we can as possible, because parents are their first kids’ teacher.”
Pattillo reveals that the public enrollment will open on Monday, but families that come by today will have a headstart to getting their children signed up ahead of the next school year.
