Mira Shirzai, Urbandale, was traveling in the 13000 block of 360th St. when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $3000.  The vehicle was driven from the scene.

Kyle Waddell, age 34, 505 Marshall St, Dexter, was arrested for Eluding, Driving While Barred, Controlled Substance Violation, Used Or Expired Drug Tax Stamp and Dominion Control Of Firearm By Felon.

Feb. 2nd

Kevin Miller, age 34, 1111 Martin Luther King, Des Moines, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence. He was also cited for Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Holly Sinn, age 30, 2121 Greene St, Adel, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault.

Robert Kraft, age 37, Unknown address, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Feb. 3rd

Kristin Prine, age 40, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
