The Perry School Board is meeting in regular session on Monday.

The board will seek a resolution fixing the date of sale to approve electronic bidding procedures, then an official statement and signature page for the Secure and Advanced Vision for Education (SAVE) bonds and timeline. Then, the board will consider for approval appointing School Improvement Advisory Committee (SIAC) members, district annual improvement goals relating to SIAC, a bond counsel and disclosure engagement agreement, the Heartland Area Education Agency teacher/librarian service agreement, and a policy review for reconsideration of instructional and library materials.

Additional items on the agenda up for approval pertain to accepting the 2025-26 district calendar, an annual review for policy 103 long range needs assessment, a memorandum of understanding between Perry Community Schools and Northwestern College for student teachers, and the first reading of policies for the parental authorization and a release form independent delivery of health services by a student, and the parental authorization and release form for the administration of voluntary school stock of over-the-counter medications to students.

The meeting will be taking place on Monday inside the Perry High School Brady Library, 1200 18th Street, at 6pm.
