The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Bowling teams fought hard, but came up short in their final regular season meet against Newton on Saturday.

ADM girls lost 2231-1944, and the boys were defeated 2884-2789. In the girls game, Tiger freshman Keira Duff bowled a high series of 334, followed by freshman Rhylea Fuquey with 284, and sophomore Kaylee Dorwart, who racked up a score of 238. On the boys side, junior Cole Darling tallied a total of 411 high series, senior Riley Ostrem was at 374, and senior Owen Evans garnered a complete score of 369.

ADM girls end the regular season with a record of 4-7 overall (2-2 Two Rivers Conference), while the boys finish 7-4 (4-1 TRC). The Tiger girls will now prepare for the Two Rivers Conference Meet at Statemen Lanes in Oskaloosa on Friday at 9am. The boys next meet will be on February 18th for the Iowa High School Athletic Association State Qualifying Meet at Cardinal Lanes in Newton.
