Feb. 7th

Jose Ayala Sanchez, age 30, 1120 11th St, Perry, was arrested on two warrants for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Operating While Under The Influence, 2 counts of Child Endangerment, 2 counts of Assault Causing Bodily Injury, Domestic Abuse Assault and Contempt-Violation Of No Contact Order.

Miles Merical, age 28, 260 5th St, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Theft 2nd Degree.

Danielle Leon, age 41, 2400 Woodland Ave, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Violation Of Probation.

Feb. 8th

Kristine Blessing, age 60, 315 Church St, Polk City, was arrested for Driving While Barred.

Kevin Mains, age 68, 1405 Jefferson, Redfield, was arrested on a warrant for Burglary 1st Degree and Willful Injury-causing bodily injury.

Feb. 9th

Todd Schmitz, age 56, 1001 W. 5th, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Antwoine Taylor, age 40, 2221 37th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Nicholas Holt, Ogden, was driving on Hwy 141 at T Ave, when his wheel went onto the shoulder, causing him to lose control and go into the ditch.  The vehicle rolled before coming to rest in the ditch.  Mr. Holt was taken to the hospital for evaluation of any injuries.  Damage was estimated at $15000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Feb. 10th

Cheryl Lavan, age 51, 51 E. Jefferson St, Winterset, was arrested on a warrant for Contempt-Violation Of No Contact Order.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
