The Guthrie Center City Council will meet in regular session tonight.

The Council will consider for approval the first reading of an ordinance adjusting speed limits on School Street and Bluff Street, approve City Clerk Kris Arrasmith and Streets Superintendent Darin Sloss to begin the process of applying for Iowa Department of Transportation permits for digital speed signage on North Highway 25 and West Highway 44, and hear from Guthrie County Sheriff Matt Harmann. They will also hear departmental updates from Compliance Officer Wes Clark, Sloss and Arrasmith. The meeting will begin at 6:30pm in Council Chambers at City Hall.
