Arrest: Ayala Sanchez, Jose Santos Age 30 Adr/1120 11th St. Charged with Public Intoxication and multiple Dallas County Warrants for Failure to Appear on OWI X2, Child Endangerment X2, Assault Causing Bodily Injury- Domestic X2 and Violation of No Contact order

Unit 1 Red 2004 Chev Sly Pk, driven by Headley, Marshall of Perry, IA.
Unit 2 Red 2020 Chev Toyota Tundra Driven by Zaldana-Pineda, Mauricio of 2801 1a Lot 37.
Unit 1 was traveling WB on hwy 141, as he entered intersection of hwy 141/1st St, Unit 2 was going to continue but immediately stopped in the middle of the road on hwy 141 causing unit 1 to strike the rear of Unit 2. Approximately $7,000 in damages to both vehicles.

Report of assault taken from the 2000 blk of 1st, No charges. Pending trespass order.
February 9th
Arrest: Schmitz, Tod Christopher Age 56 Adr/ 1001 W 5th St, charged with Dallas County Warrant for Failure to Appear for Driving while license Denied, Susp, Cancelled or Revoked
Report of possible Domestic Disturbance from the 3300 blk of Mckinley. No Assault, family is moving out causing more noise than usual.
February 10th

Report of Burglary from the 300 blk of Sugar Creek Cir, $500 total Loss.

Driver backed into neighbor’s fence causing damage to the corner pole and rear side bumper/quarter panel. Accident report taken; drivers exchange given.

Arrest: 17 yoa male of Perry, IA. Charged with Invasion of Privacy
Report of Theft in the 400 blk, 2025 Fuzion 5th Wheel Mobile Home was entered into IOWA/NCIC as stolen. $116,000 Loss.
Report of Property Damage Accident taken from the 3000 blk of Willis Ave. Total damage for both $750. Unit 1 Blk 2024 Honda CRV, driven by Johnson, Mishelle Ann of Johnson, IA.
Unit 2 Mar 2022 Hyun Palisade driven by Gilligan, Shannon Mcmahon of Ankeny, IA.
Unit 1 Struck the rear drivers side bumper of unit 2 while att3empting to pull into a parking spot in the employee log of the Perry Lutheran Home. Unit 1 sustained minor scratch to front passenger side bumper and unit 2 sustained minor scratch marks to the rear of the drivers side.
It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
