On Friday the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs had their final double header basketball contest of the regular season hosting the Pella Dutch. The Mustang boys picked up a 58-47 victory, were Kyle Cason would go 14-14 from the free throw line finishing the night with 26 points.

Last Saturday against Des Moines Roosevelt, Kyle Cason would only score 5 points, but would reach the 400 points milestone on the season so far. After scoring 11 against the Pella Christian Eagles and 26 against the Dutch, Cason currently sits at 439 points as the Mustangs approach the playoffs.

Cason and the Mustangs are back in action on Tuesday night as they travel to Council Bluffs-Lincoln High School to take on the Lynx. Tip off is scheduled for 7pm.
