The AC/GC Chargers basketball teams will start postseason competition tomorrow.

The boys will begin their postseason push tomorrow as they host for the first round in their bracket. Senior Noah Kading tells Raccoon Valley Radio he’s confident in the team for their match up against Exira-EHK.

“I think we just need to keep the same with what we’ve been doing all year that’s carried us to success. Just fast break and keep running. Because we played Exira-(EHK) earlier this year and we ran and we beat them handily, and I think we could do that on Monday.”

The girls will be playing Tuesday night, to get their postseason started. Senior Shay Lemke shares what she believes will be their key to success.

“Yeah, I know against Earlham we really didn’t play our best game. So, you know, just trying to play our game and not let them dictate our pace. So, yeah, I just think like, knowing again, like our game and what we should do in what situations is the key in that area.”

The girls will play the Earlham Cardinals. The games for both the girls and boys will begin at 7pm, with both teams hosting.
