The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session on Tuesday.

The board will be reviewing the Local Option Sales and Services Tax revenue bonds in the amount of $24,250,000. After discussion, the board will look to take action on a resolution to approve the official statement for 2025, a resolution to establish parameters for the sale of the bonds, and a blanket letter of representation.

Other items on the agenda seeking approval include a change order for the newly proposed criminal court building, a resolution for a motor grader purchase, as well as the County Road P48 project plans, specifications and authorizing bid letting for the Dallas County Secondary Roads Department, and appointing a Spring Valley Township Clerk. The meeting will end in a budget workshop.

The meeting will be happening inside the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 800 Court Street, in Adel Tuesday morning at 9am.
