
The regular season concluded last night for Perry boys basketball. The Bluejays were caught napping on their home court as Fort Dodge picked up the win, 72-62.
A back and fourth first quarter saw Fort Dodge take a 18-15 lead. A twenty point quarter for the Dodgers gave them a 38-22 half time lead. The lead grew to 17 in the third, 56-39. Perry battled in the fourth to cut it to a five point game, but ultimately fell 72-62. Geren Kenney had a team high 23 points.
Perry falls to 13-9. Next up is North Polk on Tuesday, February 24 in postseason play.
