Accident report made from the 1300 blk of 3rd St. No injuries.

Unit 1 Whi 2018 Chrysler 300 Touring driving by Yurida Soto de Cerna of 1407 5o St.

Unit 2 Gry 2023 Kia Carnival driven by Rivera, Nataly Adr/ 323 Warford St

Unit two had previously backed out of a nearby parking spot awaited a chance to merge onto the 1800 blk of Lucinda while facing 5B in the alleyway between the 1300 blk of 5th/1300 blk of 6th.

Unit 1 proceeded to back out of their parking spot, turned to go NB. Unit 1 struck unit 2’s right rear bumper with the m idle part of their rear bumper. Unit 1 driver advised they were unaware the vehicle was there so they proceeded to leave the scene.

Report of Disorderly Conduct in the 1500 blk of Willis Ave. Officers were UTL, no arrests.

Arrest: Moore, Patrick Dwayne Age 38 Adr/ 1415 Otley Ave. Charged with Public Intoxication, Assault Law Officer/Oth -No Injury, Interference with Official Acts, Criminal Mischief 2nd $1500-10,000, Disorderly Conduct-Loud Noise, Possession of Marijuana-3d, Burglary 2nd Degree

Report of Fraud taken from the 1200 blk of 2nd St. Loss $1505, case under investigation.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
