A reminder that with the recent snowfall to dissipate next week, one outdoor activity in Greene County is open this weekend to enjoy the snow before it melts away.
Greene County Conservation Board Director Tanner Scheuermann says the sledding hill at Seven Hills Park is open to the public from 1:30-4:30pm today and tomorrow. Scheuermann tells Raccoon Valley Radio people must bring their own sleds as none will be available on site to use and dress appropriately for the weather.
He adds that the shelterhouse will also be open with the fireplace on for an enjoyable environment and the automatic rope pull will be running to assist sledders back up the hill.
