Travis Gaule, age 50, 380 SE Legacy Point Blvd, Waukee, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

David Burkett, age 58, 25470 260th St, Dallas Center, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

Feb. 22nd

Coleen Dorrian, age 65, 2806 Longbend Rd, Galena, Mo, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation Terms.

Kyle Goodman, age 35, 1418 6th St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
