Unit 1 Gry 2013 GMC Aca, driver/Garcia, Alexsandra Unit 2 Blk 1998 Honda Crv, driven by Buttler, Kathy

Unit 1 was stopped at the stop sign of 18th St, proceeded into the intersection sb to cross Willis Ave when Unit 2 made impact with the front passenger quarter panel of Unit 1.

Paramedics checked on drivers, no medical transports needed. Accident report completed.

Arrest: Santos Garcia, Jose Alberto Age 34 Adr/2951 Kading Rd, Charged with Driving While Barred

Report of Harassment in the 600 blk of 2nd St. Case under investigation. Charges pending.

Salvin, Yerson Antonio Age 22 of Waukee, Charged with Operating While intoxicated 1a offense and Driving While License Suspended.
