Spring sports are quickly approaching as Wildcat track & field, golf, and soccer prepare to kick things off for their prospective 2025 season. Soccer at West Central Valley is set to pick up towards the end of the month, with the boys to play in Atlantic on Thursday the 27th with the girls to follow the next day hosting the Greene County Rams on Friday the 28th.

Speaking with West Central Valley Activities Director Jim Lindsay, Lindsay stated that preparing the field for Wildcat soccer, is one of his few easy tasks. “The nice thing about having a turf field is that I don’t have to do much. Thankfully I don’t have to paint the lines or anything like that, so that makes my life a lot easier that way.”

Scrimmage action for Wildcat soccer is set to begin on the 27th as the Wildcat boys travel to Atlantic with the Wildcat girls to play host to the Greene County Rams the next day on Friday, March 28th.
