Duane Johnson, age 66, 400 W 2nd St, Dawson, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence and Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.  He was also cited for Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
