Head coach Chris Nelson started the 2024-25 boys’ basketball season at Greene County High School with just three seniors on the team. Due to graduating at the end of the first semester, Caden McCollum wasn’t eligible to play in games from that point forward, so Isaac Carman and Camden Jacobs were the only seniors to finish the season.
Carman averaged 7.0 points and 5.6 rebounds per game. His career high game in points was 24 on Jan. 24 in Monroe vs. PCM when he sank seven goals from three-point range. Jacobs had his career scoring high in the last game of the season at Pleasantville with 16 points. He averaged 4.6 points per contest.
The Rams were 2-14 in the Heart of Iowa Activities Conference, placing eighth among nine teams, and they went 4-19 overall.
