On Tuesday night, the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs boys basketball team battled the Valley Tigers at Valley High School in the battle for the regional tournament. The Mustangs would battle hard until the very end, but unfortunately their season comes to a close as Dallas Center-Grimes fell to Valley 70-61.

Kyle Cason would end his final game of his senior season with 19 points leading the charge for the Mustangs. Mateo Dzolota would end the night with 7 to wrap up his senior season, as fellow seniors Cameron Allen, Jacob Hope and Carter Schwantes would game some minutes as well. Dawson Hartman would wrap up his career with the Mustangs hitting a big three to score in his final game.

The Mustangs wrap up their season at 19-6 after falling to the Valley Tigers 71-60 in the regional championship game.
