With spring sports already on the horizon as wrestling and basketball have concluded for the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs, the Mustang wrestlers wrap up their season after send 9 to the state tournament.

One of those nine to make it to the state tournament was senior Ayden Beck. Beck, closes his career as a Mustang wrestler placing 5th at the state tournament after defeating Aiden Serrano of Carlisle by fall in 5:14 seconds in the match for fifth place.

Beck finished his final season with a record of 32-10 after battling back, falling in his quarterfinals match against Serrano who Beck would later come in beat by fall in the match for 5th place. Beck closes his chapter as a Mustang wrestler bringing home some hardware for DCG.
