Lindsey Jones, age 42, 3913 Hubbell Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Theft 2nd Degree and Theft 4th Degree.

March 8th

Alisha Palmiere, age 40, 3110 E. Douglas, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Possession Of Controlled Substance.

Abba Sheriff, age 30, 1153 Greenway Ct, Altoona, was arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.  He was also cited for Speeding and Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability.

Cory Waters, age 41, 1615 Thomas Street, Redfield, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

March 9th

Johnathan West, age 21, 117 S Elm St, Gilman, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Cael Nichols, age 21, 26871 130th St, Woodward, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.  He was also cited for Speeding.

Thomas Steinbach, age 41, 3408 Wagon Rd, Stuart, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence after his vehicle went into a ditch at 370th Place and Pitzer Rd.  A passenger in the vehicle was taken to the hospital for evaluation of any injuries.  There was no visible damage to the car.

Issabela Reyes-Rodriguez, Des Moines, was driving on I80 near mile marker 111, when she swerved to avoid a deer, went into a ditch and hit a pile of dirt.  She was able to drive out of the ditch.  There were no injuries reported and damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3000.  The vehicle will be towed at a later time.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
