
The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session tomorrow.
The board will review several items regarding the $25,220,000 in the Local Option Sales and Services Tax Revenue Bonds, specifically with a resolution to authorize the 2025 bond issuance, a trust agreement, a tax exemption certificate, a continuing disclosure certificate, a delivery certificate, a transcript certificate, an authentication order, and form 803G to return for tax exempt governmental obligations.
Other items on the agenda seeking approval include a Secondary Roads Department Administration addition amendment, a dust control policy and vendor permits, a Wetland Mitigation Bank Credit Sales, a 2025 Supervisors Re-Districting Software, and a resolution to canvass the City of Waukee and Dallas Center-Grimes School special elections.
The board will also hold a public hearing for a resolution on the five year road construction program and fiscal year 2026 budget, a human resources workshop, and a Mental Health and Disabilities Services Wind Down Workshop.
The meeting is happening tomorrow morning at 9am inside the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 800 Court Street, in Adel.
