Website IAwrestle named Greene County sophomore Degan Miller to its Sophomore second team at 165 lbs. Miller finished fifth in Class 2A at that weight class last month at the 2025 State Tournament. He is a two-time State qualifier and is 69-27 in two years of high school for the Rams including 37-10 as a sophomore.

Miller went 3-2 this season in five State Tournament matches. The sixth seed entering the event, he had a first round bye, then won in the Round of 16 and the quarterfinals before losing in the semifinals and the consolation semifinals. He ended the season with a second win in as many meetings in three days over the third seeded wrestler, placing Miller fifth.

William Fullhart of Decorah placed third at State in 2A and was named to the Sophomore first team.
